Terms and Conditions – we 999 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and we 999 ("we 999", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the we 999 online betting and casino platform available at we999.link and any associated mobile-optimised interface.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by we 999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the we 999 platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside the we 999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and we 999. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with we 999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We 999 strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the platform in any way. Age verification may be requested at any point and failure to complete it within the required timeframe will result in account suspension.
• You must be accessing and using the we 999 platform on a voluntary basis, in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether through we 999 or any other gambling operator, that would prohibit your participation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of we 999 or any affiliate, supplier, or partner of we 999.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be using the we 999 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or circumventing financial regulations.

We 999 reserves the right to verify player eligibility at any time. Players who are found to be ineligible will have their accounts suspended, pending balances reviewed, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be voided.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with we 999. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, we 999 will close all but one account, and may void balances and winnings associated with the duplicate accounts entirely.

When registering at we 999, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. We 999 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate account information that you have provided.

You are solely responsible for the security of your we 999 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. We 999 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team in a timely manner.

We 999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any stage. This may include requesting a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, utility bill, or other documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified within the required timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from we 999 accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We 999 does not impose currency conversion requirements or currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

We 999 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT (all major Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. We 999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash) under normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.

• Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks before processing. We 999 may request documentation to verify your identity, the source of funds, or payment method ownership.
• We 999 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your we 999 account.
• We 999 reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts or request additional documentation during enhanced due diligence reviews.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. We 999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on its side.

We 999 may delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, we 999 will notify you of the hold and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

5Bonuses and Promotions

We 999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bet offers carry different requirements.
• Eligible Games: Not all games at we 999 contribute equally to bonus wagering. Baccarat, live casino games, and certain card games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

• Bonus Abuse: We 999 actively monitors for and takes action against bonus abuse, including use of irregular betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk. We 999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively wagering an offer will complete under the terms that were in place at the time of claim.

6Betting Rules

All sports bets, PSL bets, and other wagering products placed on we 999 are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific sport and market rules are published in the relevant product sections of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• We 999 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or refuse bets from any player without providing a reason.
• Bets placed on markets that contain a manifest error in odds or terms (palpable error) will be void. We 999 defines a palpable error as odds that are clearly inconsistent with the fair market price at the time of the event.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a latency delay. We 999 does not accept liability for bets accepted after the relevant event outcome was determined but before the system registered the outcome.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the we 999 platform at the time of the event.

7Live Casino Rules

The live casino section of we 999 — including baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and all other live dealer games — is governed by the following rules in addition to the game-specific rules published at each table.

• All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (real cards, real equipment) operated by professional dealers in certified studios. We 999 has no ability to influence or alter live game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure (stream disconnection, server error) during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the official outcome recorded by the studio. If the outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Players are expected to behave respectfully in the live chat feature attached to live dealer tables. Abusive, offensive, or harassing language directed at dealers or other players will result in chat restrictions and may lead to account suspension.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) based card and table games use certified random number generation systems. Published RTP figures for all games are based on independent testing and reflect theoretical long-run return percentages.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we 999 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the we 999 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker variants or competitive formats.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with we 999.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying code or infrastructure of the we 999 platform.
• Using the we 999 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain advantages not intended by the platform design. Any such advantage gained must be reported to we 999 support immediately.
• Creating or accessing accounts on behalf of another person, or operating accounts for commercial gain in violation of these Terms.

9Account Suspension and Termination

We 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any related policy.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a we 999 transaction.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A player requesting closure of their own account for responsible gaming reasons.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your we 999 account (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any pending verification or investigation. We 999 will communicate the timeline for balance return when notifying you of account closure.

10Responsible Gaming

This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any we 999 content without explicit written permission.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we 999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising out of or in connection with your use of the we 999 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or maintenance windows affecting access to we 999.
• Errors in odds, game results subsequently corrected under these Terms, or system malfunctions that affected bet acceptance.
• Losses from your betting or gaming activity on we 999, which is inherently subject to chance and risk.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any third-party content, services, or payment providers referenced on or connected to the we 999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits we 999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by we 999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14Amendments to These Terms

We 999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we 999 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and by posting a notice on the platform with the effective date of the revised Terms.

Your continued use of the we 999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using we 999 and may request account closure by contacting support before the effective date.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which we 999 operates. We 999 does not make any representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction beyond the markets it explicitly serves.

Pakistani players using we 999 do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws applicable to them as individuals.

16Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We 999 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the we 999 service, please follow the process below:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to we 999 customer support at support@we999.link or via the live chat within your account. Please describe the issue clearly and include relevant account details, dates, and any reference numbers. We 999 commits to a written response within 48 hours of receipt.
• Step 2 – Formal Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the we 999 compliance team. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 7 business days and a final decision is communicated in writing.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If the we 999 formal review process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, details of any available external escalation routes will be provided in the written outcome of the formal review.

We 999 does not accept complaints submitted more than 90 days after the event giving rise to the complaint. All complaints must be made in English or accompanied by an accurate English translation.
